Design, develop, and maintain LMS platforms to support online training initiatives.. . Customize LMS interfaces, workflows, and functionalities to meet organizational and user needs.. . Develop and upload SCORM/xAPI-compliant eLearning content, quizzes, and multimedia resources.. . Manage user roles, permissions, and enrollment processes within the LMS.. . Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely support to end-users.. . Create and run LMS data reports and dashboards to analyze usage, progress, and training effectiveness.. . Collaborate with instructional designers to implement engaging and interactive learning experiences.. . Integrate third-party applications such as CRM, SSO, and communication tools with the LMS.. .
