Client Onboarding Lead. at Pearl Talent, you’ll be the first point of contact for new clients and play a critical role in shaping their hiring journey with us. Your goal is to create a seamless onboarding experience by gathering key information, aligning expectations, and ensuring a smooth transition from sales to recruiting. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in client success, operations, or recruiting coordination—someone who can balance structure, communication, and speed.. Your Impact:. By setting clear expectations, gathering critical job details, and coordinating internal alignment, you’ll help accelerate time-to-hire while upholding Pearl Talent’s high-touch standard. Your success will directly improve client satisfaction, streamline recruiting workflows, and lay the foundation for long-term client partnerships.. Key Responsibilities:. . Client Onboarding & Setup. . . Own the onboarding process for new clients from post-sale to active hiring.. . Lead kickoff calls to gather role requirements, clarify expectations, and align on hiring timelines.. . Create and maintain detailed role briefs that guide internal recruiters and sourcing teams.. . . Information Gathering & Role Clarity. . . Extract and synthesize job descriptions, must-haves, and hiring goals.. . Provide recommendations to refine unclear or unrealistic role profiles.. . Ensure client inputs are consistent with Pearl’s high-caliber candidate standards.. . . Client Experience & Communication. . . Serve as the go-to contact for onboarding-related questions and updates.. . Provide timely follow-ups and proactive updates to keep clients informed and confident.. . Coordinate internally with matching leads and recruiters to ensure role readiness.. . . Internal Coordination & Process Optimization. . . Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure proper handoff and role alignment.. . Identify bottlenecks or friction points in the onboarding journey and recommend improvements.. . Help build and refine onboarding templates, FAQs, and internal documentation.. . . Must-Have:. . . Experience in client onboarding, recruiting coordination, customer success, or similar roles.. . Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.. . Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple accounts.. . Proficiency with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, or project management systems.. . A proactive mindset and ability to manage relationships across time zones.. . . Nice-to-Have:. . . Familiarity with the recruiting lifecycle and executive hiring.. . Experience working with US or EU-based startups or clients.. .
