This role is ideal for consultants, ex-recruiters, compliance professionals, and business developers who prefer performance-based earnings.. Key Responsibilities. Identify and engage prospective B2B clients within Nigeria . Leverage personal and professional networks to generate leads . Conduct initial outreach and discovery conversations . Qualify opportunities and introduce Avant Tech solutions . Register leads through the approved deal-registration process . Collaborate with internal sales and operations teams to progress deals . Hand off qualified opportunities for pricing, contracting, and delivery . What You Will Sell. Primary Entry Services (choose at least one):. Background Checks & Verification (B2B) . Staffing Solutions (Contract, Temp, Permanent) . Compliance & Professional Training (NDPA, AML, HSE, Data Analytics, Cybersecurity) . Attach / Upsell Services:. Training bundles . Ongoing verification services . Custom digital or workflow solutions (with internal support) . What You Will NOT Do. Negotiate pricing independently . Sign contracts on behalf of Avant Tech . Collect payments . Commit to delivery timelines or SLAs . Represent yourself as an employee of Avant Tech . Compensation. This is a . commission-only role. . No base salary, benefits, or expense reimbursement.. Commissions are earned . only after Avant Tech receives payment from the client. .. Indicative commission ranges:. Background Checks (new client): up to . 20%. . Training (B2B cohorts): up to . 15%. . Staffing: . Contract/Temp: . 10% of first 3 months’ invoice. .
