You will work closely with the podcast host and internal stakeholders to ensure episodes are published consistently and repurposed into high-quality clips that perform across social platforms.. Clear ownership over podcast operations and content output. What You’ll Work On. Podcast Management and Publishing. Manage the full podcast workflow from raw recordings to published episodes. Coordinate episode timelines, file management, and publishing schedules. Upload and distribute episodes across podcast platforms. Ensure consistency in episode formatting, titles, descriptions, and metadata. Video Editing and Clip Production. Edit podcast recordings into short-form video clips for social platforms. Identify strong moments and insights worth clipping and distributing. Format clips for platforms such as YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Maintain clean pacing, captions, and basic motion elements. Basic Graphic Design and Visual Support. Create simple thumbnails, social graphics, and visual assets for podcast promotion. Apply consistent branding across clips and promotional materials. Work with templates to ensure visual consistency and efficiency. Workflow and Quality Control. Maintain organized project files and version control. Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards before publishing. Communicate clearly with stakeholders on timelines and deliverables. What You Bring. 2 to 4+ years. of experience managing podcasts, video content, or creator-led media. Strong video editing skills using tools such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar. Experience cutting long-form content into short-form clips. Basic graphic design skills using tools such as Canva, Figma, or Adobe tools. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage recurring content schedules. Clear communication and comfort working directly with creators or public-facing talent. Nice to Have. Experience working with business, education, or influencer podcasts. Familiarity with YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and social distribution best practices.
