Provide exemplary customer support to Japanese-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.. . Assist customers with inquiries regarding travel bookings, itineraries, and related travel services.. . Proactively resolve client issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.. . Guide clients through our online booking platform and provide technical assistance when needed.. .
