Campaign Assets: Create visual content for social media, articles, and digital advertisements (static, dynamic, rich media, and video ads).. Video & Motion: Edit webinars and long-form video content into bite-sized "snackable" clips and YouTube Shorts.. WebFlow Management: Own the end-to-end management of the corporate website, including page creation, content updates, and layout optimization.. Technical Tracking: Implement and manage tracking (GTM, GA4) to ensure marketing performance is accurately measured.. CRM management: Manage HubSpot form integrations, optimize landing pages for conversion, prepare EDM templates.. Performance Monitoring: Ensure the website is fast, secure, and provides a premium user experience for institutional clients, in compliance with Data Privacy regulations.. 3. Brand Stewardship. Visual Identity: Own and evolve the Hex Trust brand guidebook.. Internal Alignment: Act as the internal guardian of the brand, ensuring all departments (Sales, Product, Ops) adhere to visual standards. Distribute assets through Canva.. Market Currency: Ensure the brand remains current and reflects our position as a leading-edge financial institution in the digital asset space.. The Technical Stack. 1. Design:. Adobe Creative Suite: Advanced proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro/After Effects (for video/motion).. Canva: Strategic use for team-accessible templates and high-velocity asset creation.. Google Suite: Expert level in Google Slides and Docs for professional collateral.. 2. Web & Marketing Tech:. Webflow: Deep experience in CMS management and custom layouts.. Analytics: Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).. CRM: HubSpot (specifically for form management and EDMs).. SEO: Understanding of technical SEO site performance is a plus.. 3. Development & Languages:. HTML5 & CSS3: For advanced Webflow styling, responsive layouts, and custom embeds.. JavaScript (Vanilla/ES6): For custom Webflow interactions, API integrations, and advanced GTM tagging/event tracking.. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Web Development, or a related field that balances creative and technical disciplines.. 1-3 years of experience as a Designer/Webmaster, preferably in Fintech, Web3, or high-end professional services.. A strong portfolio demonstrating sophisticated institutional design and functional web projects.. Coding Proficiency: Ability to write and debug custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to enhance web functionality and tracking accuracy.. High Velocity: Ability to deliver under tight deadlines without compromising on technical accuracy or aesthetic quality.. Proactive Mindset: You are a partner to the business who proposes solutions, not just an executor of tasks.. Attention to Detail: Absolute accuracy in file sizing, production specs, and tracking implementations.. Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.. Candidates who do not tick all the boxes are still encouraged to apply, those with less experience will still be considered for the position but with an adjustment to the level of seniority..
