The primary objective of this role is to nurture and expand relationships with existing clients, while also identifying and engaging new opportunities to contribute to overall business growth. This position plays a key role in enhancing client satisfaction, driving retention, and reinforcing Eightcap’s reputation as a leading online trading business for the LATAM region. . Through strategic relationship management and proactive support, the role contributes to the company’s growth and long-term success, focusing on supporting current client flow.. Responsibilities . . Understand the derivatives financial market, Eightcap’s offerings and competitor’s offerings to sell FX services to prospective clients to produce fee revenue and flow for Eightcap. . . Negotiates products, services and pricing with clients in the LATAM region. . . Apply knowledge in Forex trading to analyse the processing methods and foreign exchange trade lifecycle of clients and prospects to recommend appropriate products, assist clients in managing currency exposures effectively and efficiently and advice on risk reduction strategies. . . Analyse the position of foreign exchange trading in the investment process of clients and prospects to determine suitability for Eightcap services. . . Maintain thorough and up-to-date knowledge of foreign exchange products and services by initiating frequent contact with other financial or competitor institutions, partners, and stay informed about industry laws and regulations. . . Network and visit regular and prospective client businesses to establish and act on sale opportunities in the LATAM region.. . Manage the complete sales cycle process from initiation through compliance to the onboarded trading client. . . Establish rapport and trust with clients by effectively presenting technical derivative trading solutions to clients, which in turn will obtain referrals and increase funding. . . Actively seek out new sources of leads and client referrals. . . Provide ongoing assistance and support to clients (in a timely and professional manner), including technical support and operational support in relation to trading account and trading platform matters. . . Communicate with existing and prospective clients on Eightcap’s product offerings and services and resolve any issues to ensure client satisfaction is achieved and maintained. . . Participate in telemarketing activities and initiatives to prospective and existing clients. . . Monitor and achieve agreed KPIs. . . Prepare salesforce reports, pipelines, and forecasts and (where required) marketing briefs on trade products and services. Collaborate with and assist other team members with ongoing technical sales support and training. . . Assist with and coordinate with other teams to create and implement new forex sales procedures and processes.. . Work closely with compliance to ensure best practices and industry and company standards for AML/KYC are met. . . Fluent in English . . Ability to work hours which reflect the LATAM region. . A minimum of one year of professional experience in the Forex or CFD industry. . Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or at least 3 years of experience in a sales role or a role in the financial services industry. . . Strong experience and understanding of financial markets, particularly in forex and derivatives trading, with a deep understanding of different trading platforms. . . Well versed in electronic trading competitive landscape. . Strong sales acumen - be a problem solver and go-getter “hunter” to deliver new business by increasing sales in trading technology. . . Able to build and maintain long-term client relationships. . Demonstrated experience in sales, specifically in selling FX solutions. . . Understanding of compliance and onboarding processes . . RG146 compliant.. . Thrive in a target-driven environment and deliver consistently against KPIs. . . Able to multitask and prioritise client communication via multiple channels.. .
