Job Description and Responsibilities. First Div is seeking to hire a part-time Program Control Specialist. This individual develops, updates and reviews program funding and spending across multiple Government contracts. Responsibilities include: . Develop, update, and review contract funding and financial data within the accounting ERP system. Analyze financial data, download reports, and create supporting spreadsheets . Assist with the preparation of monthly financial and program status reports . Review invoices and compile financial findings for internal and external stakeholders . Support subcontractor management activities, including funding tracking and invoicing . Prepare and maintain Estimates to Complete (ETC) and Estimates at Completion (EAC) . Perform spend planning, burn rate analysis, budgeting, and cost monitoring . Manage travel and Other Direct Cost (ODC) expenses . Conduct financial analysis and provide ad hoc support as required . Support bi-annual Program Reviews . Assist with pricing activities and timekeeping/expense administration as needed. . . . 3 years’ experience with Bachelor’s Degree (or 7 years of relevant experience). Experience with Jamis Prime, or similar Accounting Software. Experience supporting DoD or federal government contracts. Working knowledge of FAR/DFAR, CAS, DCMA/DCAA, and basic estimating methodologies. Must be able to support program control activities across all types of Federal Government programs (FFP, CPFF, T&M, etc.). Experience with DCAA-approved labor pricing preferred. Strong attention to detail and organization skills.. Must be able to work with multiple Program Managers, Director of Finance, President and billing department. . Must have strong analytical skills as well as technical skills creating spreadsheets in MS Excel.. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
