We’re looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager to oversee operations, lead a team of junior property managers, and ensure smooth day-to-day management of residential and/or commercial properties. The ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of U.S. property management, proven leadership skills, and the ability to balance tenant relations, administrative efficiency, and team management in a fast-paced environment.. This role is open to all candidates in the Philippines and all over Latin America.. What You’ll Be Doing:. Lead, mentor, and provide guidance to junior on-site property managers, ensuring best practices are followed across the team. Oversee tenant communications, lease renewals, and resolution of escalated tenant issues. Assist in managing leasing activities, including advertising, coordinating with your on-site team for property showings, applicant screening, and drafting lease agreements. Ensure compliance with lease terms, investigate violations, and address tenant disputes professionally. Supervise vendor coordination for maintenance repairs and upgrades, and coordinate with the on-site property manager for larger renovation projects. Collaborate with leadership on property marketing strategies and operational improvements. Oversee properties’ financial performance, including drafting budgets, tracking actuals to budget, and dictating strategies to maximize financial outcomes. What We’re Looking For:. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Strong background in U.S. residential and/or commercial property management (required). Previous experience managing or leading a property management team. Proficiency with AppFolio or similar property management software. Available to work in US time zones (Graveyard shift in the Philippines). Available to start within 2 weeks from job offer. Technical Requirements:. Comfortable in using time-trackers (e.g. Time Doctor). Own laptop/desktop, noise-cancelling headphones, and webcam. Reliable internet connection (at least 50 Mbps). Available backup equipment in cases of power and internet outages. Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and Google Workspace. Proficiency with AppFolio or similar property management software.
