We’re looking for an Insurance Customer Service Rep (CSR) to deliver exceptional bilingual support to the customers of our insurance agency partner clients. This is a 100% remote, full-time position for candidates in Latin America.. Key Responsibilities. Inbound & outbound customer communication via phone and email, in English and Spanish. . Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding policies, coverage, and claims.. Contact customers regarding renewals and payment reminders.. Contact carriers to obtain policy information and resolve issues.. Handle inquiries and concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.. Other similar or related tasks.. Fluent English (C1/C2) and Spanish.. 2 to 6 years of experience in remote, customer-facing Insurance work with US/Canadian clients.. Proficiency with Agency Management Systems such as AMS360 or similar.. Excellent attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills.. Quiet home office, stable internet (≥ 10 Mbps down / 5 Mbps up), and backup connection.. Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred.. Company Location: Guatemala.
