Specializing in paid media, SEO, and content marketing, they deliver best‑in‑class results for startups—predominantly in B2B, SaaS, and Fintech—by acting as an extension of each client’s in‑house team.. About the Role. We’re looking for an SEO Specialist who is eager to dive into technical audits, on‑page optimizations, and keyword research while collaborating closely with seasoned account managers. You’ll help drive organic growth for multiple startup clients, working in a fully remote environment with flexible hours and a culture committed to continuous learning.. Key Responsibilities. . Support and collaborate with SEO account managers on technical audits and on‑page optimizations. . . Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine performance. . . Perform ongoing keyword research and expansion of keyword opportunities. . . Research and implement content recommendations for organic success. . . Monitor market and seasonal trends in client industries. . . Implement SEO changes within various content management systems (CMS). . . Track, report, and analyze SEO and content performance; recommend improvements. . . Stay current with algorithm updates, tools, and best practices. . . Contribute to the company’s marketing blog and participate in ongoing training.. . . 2+ years of hands‑on SEO experience (agency experience preferred). . . Solid understanding of SEO best practices and ranking factors. . . Proficiency with Google Search Console and Google Analytics. . . Attention to detail and a data‑driven, analytical mindset. . . Ability to meet client deadlines and manage multiple projects. . . Strong communication skills and a collaborative, growth‑oriented attitude. . . Nice‑to‑Have. . Familiarity with tools such as Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Semrush, etc. . . Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript. . . Exposure to other marketing channels (e.g., PPC). . .
