Medical Scheduling Coordinator at NeoWork. We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Medical Scheduling Coordinator to join our team and support a US-based medical imaging center. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys patient interaction, and can balance multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and empathy. You will play a key role in managing scheduling communications, verifying medical documentation, and ensuring a seamless patient experience.. Responsibilities. . . Scheduling & Patient Communication (40%). . . . Manage inbound and outbound appointment scheduling via phone and online platforms. . . Coordinate follow-ups, reschedules, and appointment reminders. . . Maintain a patient-first approach while handling high call volumes. . . . . . Documentation & Verification (25%). . . . Verify patient scripts, diagnosis codes, and insurance details accurately. . . Ensure all patient data is entered in compliance with HIPAA regulations. . . . . . Systems & Data Management (20%). . . . Work with RIS and PACS systems to track and manage patient records. . . Maintain accurate, updated data in medical databases. . . . . . Team Collaboration & Support (15%). . . . Communicate effectively with US-based medical staff to coordinate patient care. . . Assist with administrative tasks to ensure operational efficiency.. . . . 2+ years in a medical scheduling or administrative role (radiology/imaging center experience preferred). . . Familiarity with RIS, PACS, or similar systems. . . Excellent spoken and written English (neutral or Americanized accent preferred); Spanish fluency is a plus. . . Strong attention to detail with proven data accuracy skills. . . Understanding of HIPAA compliance. . . Comfortable working during Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours..
