This role offers the opportunity to shape and maintain high-quality Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) content that empowers organizations to manage risk effectively and make strategic decisions. The GRC Content & Strategy Sr. Associate will develop pre-built solutions, workflows, and documentation that drive customer success and adoption. This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, staying ahead of regulatory and industry trends, and translating complex frameworks into actionable guidance. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about creating impactful content in a dynamic, mission-driven environment. The role combines technical expertise, strategic insight, and hands-on content development to influence both product and customer outcomes.. . Accountabilities. . Design, build, and maintain practical GRC solutions content, including application templates, workflows, and control sets for various use cases like ERM, Third-Party Risk, and Compliance.. . Manage and update the control framework library, ensuring alignment with current regulations and industry standards.. . Create clear technical documentation, best practice guides, training materials, and internal resources for both customer and team use.. . Develop deep expertise in the platform and serve as a subject matter expert to support internal teams and customers.. . Conduct research on GRC trends, regulatory updates, and emerging frameworks to inform content strategy.. . Identify opportunities for new content, contribute to strategic initiatives, and ensure alignment with product roadmaps.. . Communicate and socialize new or updated content through webinars, release notes, training, and internal updates.. . Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Customer Success, Marketing, and Sales.. . . Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in GRC, Risk Management, IT Risk, Compliance, Audit, or GRC consulting.. . Strong understanding of, or experience implementing/auditing against, frameworks such as NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, ISO 27001/2, SOC 2, COSO.. . Proven technical writing skills, with the ability to translate complex GRC concepts into actionable guidance.. . Analytical proficiency, including experience with Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and manipulation.. . Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects in an agile environment.. . Attention to detail and strong work ethic, with proven collaboration across customer and internal teams.. .
