This role is ideal for an experienced recruiter passionate about sourcing and hiring top-tier technical talent across multiple functions. You will manage the full recruiting lifecycle, from candidate sourcing to offer negotiation, ensuring a high-touch, positive experience for all candidates. The position emphasizes collaboration with hiring managers and the broader Talent Acquisition team to strategically identify and engage high-potential candidates. Working in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment, you will leverage innovative sourcing strategies and data-driven insights to support company growth. This contract role offers the autonomy to make impactful hiring decisions while contributing to the organization’s culture and talent strategy.. . Accountabilities. . Conduct end-to-end recruiting, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and managing candidates throughout the hiring process.. . Maintain and manage the candidate pipeline within the ATS, ensuring data accuracy and providing regular updates to stakeholders.. . Develop creative sourcing strategies across multiple channels, including referrals, campaigns, talent branding initiatives, and other recruitment methods.. . Act as a candidate advisor and advocate, creating an exceptional candidate experience from application to offer.. . Collaborate closely with hiring managers to provide guidance and expertise to hire the best talent.. . Support multiple technical functions, including Product, Design, Marketing, Data, Operations, and Finance.. . Continuously improve recruitment processes and contribute to a positive, collaborative hiring culture.. . . 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, with proven success in meeting hiring goals across multiple functions.. . In-house recruiting experience in a startup or high-growth company environment.. . Strong expertise in sourcing platforms and applicant tracking systems; experience with Ashby preferred.. . Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and time management skills.. . Ability to operate with urgency, adaptability, and a flexible schedule as needed.. .
