Conduct end-to-end recruiting, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and managing candidates throughout the hiring process.. . Maintain and manage the candidate pipeline within the ATS, ensuring data accuracy and providing regular updates to stakeholders.. . Develop creative sourcing strategies across multiple channels, including referrals, campaigns, talent branding initiatives, and other recruitment methods.. . Act as a candidate advisor and advocate, creating an exceptional candidate experience from application to offer.. . Collaborate closely with hiring managers to provide guidance and expertise to hire the best talent.. . Support multiple technical functions, including Product, Design, Marketing, Data, Operations, and Finance.. . Continuously improve recruitment processes and contribute to a positive, collaborative hiring culture.. . . 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, with proven success in meeting hiring goals across multiple functions.. . In-house recruiting experience in a startup or high-growth company environment.. . Strong expertise in sourcing platforms and applicant tracking systems; experience with Ashby preferred.. .
