As a Customer Success Associate, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring client satisfaction, onboarding success, and long-term engagement. You’ll work closely with both brands and influencers to accelerate platform adoption and contribute to the company's vision of becoming the global leader in influencer marketing.. Customer Success & Onboarding. . Assist in customer sign-ups and ensure timely and effective onboarding. . . Interview and vet influencers applying to join the platform. . . Conduct influencer outreach through Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. . . Support brand recruitment through social media and professional platforms. . . Build onboarding profiles for both influencers and brand partners. . . Personalise and send direct messaging templates to engage prospective users. . . Retention & Engagement. . Support customer retention with ad hoc account management. . . Maintain accurate CRM data in HubSpot. . . Monitor the performance of social media recruitment campaigns. . . Provide insights and reporting on campaign effectiveness for internal stakeholders. . . Qualifications and Experience. . Prior experience in influencer marketing, social media, customer engagement, or marketing. . . Strong familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn for outreach and brand interaction. . . Understanding of customer success principles or account management practices. . . Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot (advantageous). . . Must have access to a reliable internet connection and a personal laptop. . . Company Location: South Africa.
