A resilient, commission-driven salesperson.. . . Responsibilities. . Prospect and manage leads across all verticals.. . Use AI-powered outreach, pitch personalization, and scheduling.. . Manage CRM pipeline and forecast progress.. . Lead discovery, proposal, negotiation, and deal closure.. . Ensure seamless handover to onboarding and CX teams.. . Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Automations & CX for alignment.. . . . 3+ years of experience in full-cycle B2B or B2C sales with proven closing results. . . Strong knowledge of CRM systems, pipeline management, and forecasting. . . Proficiency with AI tools for outreach, personalization, and lead management. . . Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. . . Resilient, target-driven, and comfortable working in fast-paced, global markets. . .
