Manage and grow a portfolio of approximately 35 enterprise-level clients with complex and evolving needs.. . Establish and maintain senior-level relationships to ensure a premium and tailored customer experience.. . Conduct regular outreach and strategy sessions to identify valuable features, provide guidance, and coach clients on best practices.. . Analyze customer engagement data and derive actionable insights to enhance client outcomes and satisfaction.. . Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities by segmenting customer accounts and aligning solutions with business goals.. .
