Family Success Specialist. , you’ll be the key point of contact for your assigned families, building trust and ensuring they have everything they need for a successful school experience. Your work will be varied, people-focused, and impactful:. . . Build and maintain strong relationships. with around 70 assigned families, providing dedicated, proactive support. . . . Welcome and onboard. new families, helping them confidently navigate our routines, platforms, and tools. . . . Plan and coordinate family events. (virtual and in-person) that strengthen school-community bonds. . . . Act as a liaison between families and teachers. , ensuring smooth communication and resolving issues quickly and compassionately. . . . Share valuable resources. - from extracurricular opportunities to local clubs and community activities. . . . Keep everything organised. - from tracking birthdays and scheduling meetings to distributing timetables and essential school documents. . . .
