Design and implement global Total Rewards strategies across compensation, equity, and benefits programs to support a high-growth, pre-IPO environment.. . Lead annual compensation processes including merit cycles, salary adjustments, bonus planning, and executive pay recommendations.. . Oversee equity programs including grant modeling, forecasting, and long-term incentive planning, in partnership with Finance and Legal.. . Manage global benefits operations and planning, including health plans, retirement offerings, wellness initiatives, and compliance.. . Collaborate on job architecture, salary bands, benchmarking, and vendor management for compensation and benefits tools.. . Use analytics to drive pay-for-performance culture and recommend program improvements based on KPI tracking.. . Champion automation and process efficiency across Total Rewards operations.. . . 5+ years of experience in Total Rewards, ideally within a fast-paced tech or SaaS organization.. . Proven expertise in equity compensation frameworks, stock refresh programs, and pre-IPO readiness.. . Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets for modeling and forecasting.. . Deep understanding of global compensation tools, benchmarking platforms (e.g., Pave, Radford), and market trends.. . Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and change management capabilities.. .
