Manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for high-priority clients.. . Build and nurture strong relationships with stakeholders such as Benefit Managers, HR Executives, and external consultants.. . Partner with clients to develop and execute customized program strategies aligned with their broader benefits offerings.. . Utilize data and analytics to provide actionable insights, inform strategic decisions, and drive engagement metrics.. . Convert clients into advocates by showcasing success stories and enabling reference opportunities.. . Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Sales, and Clinical Care teams to ensure successful client onboarding and platform adoption.. . Minimum 8 years of experience managing client relationships or selling to HR leaders within B2B tech; experience in employer benefits or healthcare sectors is a plus.. .
