Draft, proofread, and send correspondence with flawless English grammar and tone. . . Assist with daily administrative and executive support tasks. . . Handle . Accounts Payable. functions, including invoice processing, vendor management, and payment scheduling. . . Manage . Accounts Receivable. processes, including billing, collections, and reconciliations. . . Maintain accurate financial records and support bookkeeping tasks as required. . . Prepare reports, maintain organized documentation, and ensure deadlines are met. . . Collaborate with team members and management to ensure smooth business operations.. . . Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role. . . Prior experience in an . accounting firm. is highly preferred. . . Solid knowledge of . Accounts Payable. and . Accounts Receivable. processes. . . Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar). . . Familiarity with CRM systems or business listing platforms. . . Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (must sound natural and professional). . .
