HR Admin at Zipdev. Zipdev is looking for a detail-oriented and dependable . HR Admin. to support our Human Resources department. This role focuses on the operational and administrative aspects of the employee lifecycle, from account setup to payroll coordination and offboarding. You’ll work cross-functionally with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth processes and timely execution.. Key Responsibilities. . Account setup and deactivation (tools, email, databases) . . Operational onboarding and offboarding coordination . . Support client setup (billing, PTO, schedules) . . Background checks and hardware coordination . . Payroll preparation support (adjustments, timesheets, updates) . . Manage time off requests and financial assistance plans . . Internal communications (announcements, birthdays, anniversaries) . . Provide general HR admin support and documentation.. . Requirements. . 1–2 years of experience in HR administration, operations, or a similar role . . Strong organizational and time management skills . . High attention to detail and accuracy . . Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal) . . Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism . . Comfortable using HR and productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace, HRIS, payroll platforms) . . Proactive, dependable, and solutions-oriented. . Proficient in Excel and/ or Google Sheets. . Company Location: Mexico.
