Web Developer (C#/ReactJS)- #34443 at Manila Recruitment. As a Web Developer, you will play a key role in building and enhancing internal web applications using ReactJS for the front end and C# for backend services. You will be part of a small, agile IT team supporting a global laboratory system, with a focus on developing new features and improving user experience. This role requires strong web development expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while contributing high-quality, industry-standard solutions. You will also collaborate with teammates and business stakeholders to ensure that solutions are functional, scalable, and user-friendly.. Duties and Responsibilities:. . Develop and maintain the web application (site) using ReactJS as the primary front-end framework. . Collaborate with the other developers using C# services to ensure seamless integration and functionality. . Support and maintain the existing legacy framework, helping modernize and stabilize the codebase. . Assist in laying the groundwork for future React Native development for mobile (if and when prioritized). . Optimize web performance, responsiveness, and user experience. . Handle MS SQL tasks such as writing queries, managing data, and basic database operations. . Participate in debugging, testing, and deployment of updates and enhancements. . Provide support as needed for legacy components while contributing to front-end improvements. . . Strong hands-on experience in ReactJS for web development. . Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS. . Solid understanding of modern web UI/UX standards and responsive design. . Skilled in C# for backend services (within older frameworks or .NET Core/Framework). . Proficient in MS SQL Server – writing queries, managing data, and basic DB performance tuning. . Familiar with database administration tasks such as backups, permission management, and performance monitoring. . Able to build production-ready applications following industry-standard practices (e.g., clean architecture, user-friendly workflows). . Can work independently, provide suggestions, and contribute ideas to improve design and functionality. . Familiarity with web deployment processes and platform approval standards (e.g., Google-hosted apps). . Comfortable working in a lean IT setup with limited structure or QA resources. . . Advantageous skills and experience:.  . Experience with React Native for future mobile development. Familiarity with PowerBuilder and DevExpress (for legacy support if needed). Basic exposure to WPF or the MVVM pattern. Interest or background in AI tools, Python, or Google Analytics. Experience working in semi-Agile or informal development environments.
