Provide evidence-based therapy to individuals and groups dealing with issues such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship difficulties. . Work alongside a dedicated team of professionals to deliver holistic care. . Participate in continuing education to ensure the highest standard of clinical practice. . Contribute to service enhancements and the ongoing development of program strategies. . . Master's. degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling. Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field from an accredited institution. . Active license/certification in your respective state or jurisdiction (. LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT). . . Minimum of two years of experience working with individuals facing emotional challenges. . Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly. .
