In this role, you'll take the lead in identifying and engaging with key players in the tourism space—specifically tour operators and destination management companies (DMCs)—to drive strategic growth. You'll shape and execute sales strategies, build meaningful relationships, and represent a cutting-edge platform at the forefront of hospitality innovation. Identify and build strong relationships with tour operators and DMCs, with a focus on the UK and Central European markets.. . Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet growth and revenue objectives.. . Conduct market research and stay current on industry trends to uncover new business opportunities.. . Prepare persuasive sales presentations and tailored proposals that resonate with prospective clients.. . Negotiate agreements that are both profitable and customer-centric.. . Collaborate closely with onboarding and operational teams to ensure a smooth client integration experience.. . Maintain up-to-date records of leads, opportunities, and interactions using CRM tools.. . Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote brand visibility and build your pipeline.. . . . Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.. . Demonstrated success in enterprise-level sales, preferably within SaaS for travel or hospitality.. .
