You will oversee a portfolio of strategic projects, ensuring seamless delivery of complex implementations across multiple products and services. Acting as both a hands-on implementer and a people leader, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Commercial Strategy to optimize processes, mitigate risks, and deliver high-quality results on time. Your work will directly influence operational efficiency, client satisfaction, and the scalability of innovative healthcare solutions. Success in this position requires deep expertise in revenue cycle management, executive communication, and client relationship management, all while navigating fast-paced, high-growth environments.. . Accountabilities. . Lead the end-to-end delivery of a portfolio of strategic healthcare software implementations, ensuring high-quality, on-time, and on-budget results.. . Manage 1–3 direct reports, providing coaching, mentorship, and guidance to support professional growth and team effectiveness.. . Act as a strategic partner and liaison between Delivery, Product, Engineering, and Commercial Strategy teams to design and deploy solutions that meet client requirements.. . Collaborate with Solution Architects to develop integration strategies and ensure smooth technical onboarding for clients.. . Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with client executives and operational teams, proactively resolving obstacles and risks.. . Continuously refine tools and processes to scale implementations and improve the overall efficiency of the Delivery team.. . Oversee portfolio planning, resource prioritization, and risk management for multiple concurrent projects.. . . 8–10+ years of experience in client-facing senior project management, consulting, or operations roles within healthcare software/technology implementations.. . 1–3+ years of experience managing teams focused on healthcare software implementations, including onboarding, performance management, and capacity planning.. . Expertise in revenue cycle management or equivalent EHR implementations with large healthcare systems.. . Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience leading remote teams in fast-paced, high-ownership environments.. . Exceptional communication skills, capable of presenting complex information and status updates to executive stakeholders.. . Proven ability to prioritize across complex, interdependent workstreams and deliver results under tight deadlines.. . Advanced problem-solving, analytical, and risk mitigation skills; familiarity with Jira, Excel, Looker, Tableau, Salesforce.. .
