Acting as both a hands-on implementer and a people leader, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Commercial Strategy to optimize processes, mitigate risks, and deliver high-quality results on time. Accountabilities. . Lead the end-to-end delivery of a portfolio of strategic healthcare software implementations, ensuring high-quality, on-time, and on-budget results.. . Manage 1–3 direct reports, providing coaching, mentorship, and guidance to support professional growth and team effectiveness.. . Act as a strategic partner and liaison between Delivery, Product, Engineering, and Commercial Strategy teams to design and deploy solutions that meet client requirements.. . Collaborate with Solution Architects to develop integration strategies and ensure smooth technical onboarding for clients.. . Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with client executives and operational teams, proactively resolving obstacles and risks.. . Continuously refine tools and processes to scale implementations and improve the overall efficiency of the Delivery team.. . Oversee portfolio planning, resource prioritization, and risk management for multiple concurrent projects.. . . 8–10+ years of experience in client-facing senior project management, consulting, or operations roles within healthcare software/technology implementations.. . 1–3+ years of experience managing teams focused on healthcare software implementations, including onboarding, performance management, and capacity planning.. . Expertise in revenue cycle management or equivalent EHR implementations with large healthcare systems.. . Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience leading remote teams in fast-paced, high-ownership environments.. . Exceptional communication skills, capable of presenting complex information and status updates to executive stakeholders.. . Proven ability to prioritize across complex, interdependent workstreams and deliver results under tight deadlines.. .
