We are hiring a Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to take ownership of outbound pipeline generation and play a strategic role in revenue growth. This is not a junior prospecting role—you will be expected to operate as a top-performing individual contributor, consistently delivering high-quality opportunities and influencing outbound strategy.. You will work closely with Account Executives, Sales Leadership, and Marketing to refine targeting, messaging, and outreach while engaging senior decision-makers across mid-market and enterprise accounts.. Key Responsibilities. Own and execute . multi-channel outbound strategies. targeting mid-market and enterprise SaaS buyers. . Generate high-value pipeline through advanced prospecting techniques (cold calling, email sequencing, LinkedIn, intent data). . Engage and qualify senior stakeholders (C-level, VP, Directors) through consultative conversations. . Book and influence high-quality discovery calls and product demos with strong conversion potential. . Continuously refine ICP targeting, messaging, and outreach strategies based on performance data. . Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene and pipeline reporting (HubSpot, Salesforce). . Mentor junior SDRs and contribute to improving team performance and best practices. . Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and AEs to align on campaigns, feedback, and revenue goals. . Consistently exceed aggressive KPIs tied to pipeline generation and revenue contribution.. 4–6+ years of experience in . SaaS SDR, BDR, or outbound sales roles. . . Proven track record of consistently exceeding pipeline and revenue targets. . Strong experience in . mid-market and enterprise SaaS sales environments. . . Deep understanding of SaaS metrics and sales processes (ARR, MRR, CAC, LTV, sales cycles). . Advanced prospecting skills with tools such as Sales Navigator, Apollo, Outreach, or ZoomInfo. . Ability to run . consultative, value-driven conversations. with senior decision-makers. . Demonstrated ability to mentor or support junior team members. . Highly analytical and data-driven approach to outbound sales. . Excellent communication, objection handling, and storytelling skills. .
