Engage with customers regarding Food & Beverage products, services, and promotions via phone, email, and chat in Italian.. . Provide helpful and accurate information about menu offerings, ingredient details, and dietary options.. . Assist customers with their orders, tracking deliveries, and resolving any issues in a cheerful manner.. . Document all interactions clearly to maintain accurate records and improve customer experiences.. . Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction.. . Stay updated on new products and trends in the Food & Beverage sector to offer informed recommendations.. . . Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is a bonus.. . Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the food and beverage industry, is preferred.. . Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality.. .
