What we are looking for. We’re seeking an experienced and strategic Associate Director to join our Programmatic & Media team. This role is pivotal in leading programmatic media initiatives across a portfolio of high-value clients. You will guide media strategy, oversee execution, and act as a trusted advisor to clients on all things programmatic, spanning CTV, display, audio, native, video, and more. This position exists to provide senior strategic leadership across programmatic campaigns, elevate media performance, and foster growth in media innovation and client value.. What you will do. . Lead programmatic strategy and client relationships. . Drive strategic discussions with clients and act as a trusted advisor on programmatic media. . Develop and execute multi-channel media plans across display, native, CTV, video, and audio. . Align planning with audience strategy and client KPIs. . Manage campaigns across DSPs, publishers, and vendor partners. . Work closely with operations to ensure timely and accurate campaign launches. . Monitor and optimize performance. . Provide clear, data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement. . Champion media innovation and cross-sell opportunities. . Mentor and contribute to team development as the programmatic SME. . Experience across multiple DSPs (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk), and tools like GTM and DCM. . Proven experience leading direct publisher relationships. . Strong understanding of how programmatic fits within the broader digital and integrated media mix. . Track record of mentoring junior team members and elevating media performance across campaigns. .
