Senior Email Strategist. , you will:. Own . strategy development and performance. for 5–8 eCommerce clients . Lead lifecycle marketing initiatives that drive . retention, LTV, and revenue growth. . Act as a trusted strategic partner to clients . Key Responsibilities. Strategic Planning & Execution. Develop high-impact . email and lifecycle marketing strategies. . Own segmentation, automation architecture, and campaign planning . Create content calendars and strategic direction (execution handled by team) . Lead A/B testing and continuous optimization . Bring forward innovative, data-backed ideas . Data Analysis & Reporting. Track performance, revenue attribution, and ROI . Deliver clear insights and recommendations in weekly/monthly reports . Identify opportunities to improve . retention and lifetime value. . Client Relationship Management. Manage relationships with 5–8 clients . Lead client calls and communicate performance and strategy . Act as the primary strategic partner . Identify upsell opportunities where relevant . Execution Oversight. Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and implementation teams . Ensure all deliverables align with strategy and deadlines . Work with Project Managers to maintain smooth workflows . Creative and analytical in equal measure . Highly organized and able to manage multiple accounts . Proven experience in . email marketing for eCommerce brands. . Strong knowledge of . Klaviyo or similar ESPs. . Deep understanding of . deliverability, best practices, and CAN-SPAM. . Experience working in agency or high-growth environments (preferred). Company Location: Colombia.
