We're seeking a high-agency Partnerships Manager to drive strategic growth across the US and Canadian healthcare markets. This role is critical to scaling our AI scribe platform through partnerships with hospitals, health systems, private equity groups, academics, and third-party integrations. You'll own the entire partnership lifecycle with minimal handoffs, embodying our end-to-end execution philosophy.. This is not a traditional partnerships role you'll be a healthcare industry expert who builds transformative relationships that directly impact clinician burnout and patient outcomes.. Key Responsibilities. Partnership Development. . . Build relationships with hospitals, health networks, PE healthcare investors, and academic institutions . . Establish strategic integrations with EHRs and other healthcare tech platforms . . Revenue Generation. . . Drive adoption in high-burden specialties (e.g., emergency medicine, internal medicine) . . Enable partner channels like healthcare consultants and implementation specialists . . Market Presence. . . Represent Claio.ai at conferences (HIMSS, med-tech summits) . . Publish thought leadership on AI in healthcare workflows . . End-to-End Execution. . . Own the full partnership lifecycle, from outreach to contract and post-deployment success . . Collaborate with internal clinical experts and iterate partnership models quickly. . . 5+ years in healthcare partnerships, business development, or consulting . . Strong network in hospitals, medical groups, and healthcare tech (EHRs, HIEs) . . Familiarity with HIPAA/HITECH, clinical workflows, and reimbursement models . . Proven revenue generation and stakeholder management experience . . High-agency, customer-first, full-stack mindset with a bias for action. . Preferred Qualifications. . Clinical background (MD, RN) or deep clinical workflow experience . . Experience with healthcare AI/ML solutions . . Understanding of medical coding (ICD-10, CPT) and CDI processes . .
