Create treatment plans that reflect each client’s goals. . Check in on progress and adjust strategies when needed. . Collaborate with colleagues to ensure clients feel supported. . Keep timely and accurate clinical notes. . . Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage & Family Therapy. .
