Leadership & Team Management. . Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of engineers specializing in MERN, PHP, and Python. . . Define performance goals, conduct reviews, and provide constructive feedback to enhance productivity. . . Build a strong engineering culture that promotes knowledge sharing, innovation, and continuous learning. . . Support career development and training initiatives for team members. . . Technical Oversight & Delivery. . Provide architectural guidance and ensure scalable, secure, and reliable solutions. . . Review designs, code, and technical documentation to maintain best practices. . . Oversee full-stack development, including front-end, back-end, and database management. . . Ensure smooth integration of APIs, third-party services, and cloud infrastructure. . . Partner with DevOps for CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and deployment automation. . . Cross-Functional Collaboration. . Work with Product Managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. . . Required Skills & Qualifications. . . Experience:. 7+ years in software engineering, with at least 2+ years in a managerial role. . . . Technical Expertise:. . . . Strong hands-on experience with . MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). . . . Proficiency in . PHP frameworks. (Laravel, Symfony, CodeIgniter, etc.). . . Advanced knowledge of . Python frameworks. (Django, Flask, FastAPI, etc.). . . . Solid knowledge of . databases. (SQL & NoSQL). . . Experience with . cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure). and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). . .
