We are hiring a . high-performing Sales Acquisitions Lead. to convert warm inbound leads into signed real estate contracts.. This is not cold calling or order-taking.. This is strategic closing.. You’ll work directly with motivated homeowners, guiding them through a professional sales process designed to create clarity, confidence, and commitment.. What You’ll Do Daily. Speak with inbound seller leads . Diagnose homeowner situations . Evaluate properties and numbers . Negotiate win-win offers . Execute contracts with precision . Follow up relentlessly until the deal is closed . Success here is measured by:. Execution . Consistency . KPIs . Contracts signed . Effort alone doesn’t pay. Results do.. What You’ll Be Responsible For. Responding quickly and professionally to warm inbound leads. Conducting virtual appointments with homeowners. Evaluating properties and determining competitive offer ranges. Negotiating and securing signed purchase agreements. Sending offers, managing documentation, and updating the CRM accurately. Meeting daily and weekly KPIs (calls, appointments, offers, contracts). Participating in weekly huddles, call reviews, and ongoing sales training. You must have:. 3+ years of sales experience (real estate experience . not required. ). Strong phone presence and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle a high volume of conversations and follow-up. Comfort working within a structured sales process and KPI framework. High personal accountability in a remote environment. Competitive, coachable mindset. Must be residing in South Carolina for business opportunities. Preferred backgrounds include:. Solar sales. Roofing sales.
