Responsibilities. . Responsible for reporting and tracking the performance of Acquisition Funnel;. . Understand and synthesize reports for the C-level, including KPIs, OKRs and Budget;. . Manipulate large database to create report inputs and deep-dives, helping in the decision making;. . Collaborate with other areas, such as tech, marketing and compliance to conduct and deliver complex analysis, in a way to create new paths/routes focusing on expansion, development, promotions, etc;. . Manage relationships with external teams, such as fraud, growth and merchants;. . Ensure that the product complies with all applicable regulations and industry best practices;. . Monitor fraud and compliance rules, and propose tests to evaluate performance;. . Deeply understand and monitor competitors value proposition and movements;. . Experience in financial product management, preferably in fintechs (experience with Open Finance is a nice-to-have);. . Experience in consulting, fintechs, digital banks, or issuer banks.. . Proven experience in product development and product lifecycle management in financial services.. . In-depth knowledge of acquisition strategies, including KYC, regulations, market trends, and consumer behavior.. . Demonstrated track record of successfully launching and managing products that had a significant market impact.. . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;. . Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced and growing environment;. . Comfortable communicating and managing stakeholders from different teams, including C-level executive communication;. . Experience with large data bases and analytics;. . Advanced SQL and Excel;. . Fluent english or spanish is a plus;. . Company Location: Brazil.
