In this role, you will serve as the primary post-sales liaison for high-profile clients, ensuring campaigns are executed flawlessly and deliver measurable results. You will manage ongoing client relationships, monitor campaign performance, and provide strategic insights to drive business outcomes. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will oversee reporting, creative delivery, and performance optimization. Your expertise in digital media, data analysis, and client engagement will be key in maintaining strong partnerships and identifying growth opportunities. This is a hands-on, data-driven position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.. . Accountabilities. . Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing needs and resolving concerns promptly to maintain strong relationships.. . Develop and deliver detailed performance reports, benchmarking results against similar campaigns.. . Collaborate closely with trading teams to monitor and optimize campaign performance, leveraging data for upsell opportunities.. . Oversee creative development projects with design teams to ensure best-in-class executions.. . Coordinate with internal departments including Data, Marketing, Studio, and Product Services to enhance the customer experience.. . Provide guidance on basic technical questions and digital tracking solutions.. . Identify new business opportunities within existing client accounts.. . Manage multiple priorities, ensuring deadlines are met with high attention to detail.. . . Based in PST or MST time zones.. . 4–6 years of experience in Ad Tech or Digital Advertising.. . Strong knowledge of the media agency landscape and programmatic channels (display, audio, CTV, DOOH).. . Familiarity with digital tracking tools such as DCM, IAS, MOAT, and Nielsen.. . Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize and self-manage.. . Skilled in analyzing large datasets and distilling them into actionable insights.. . Excellent written and verbal communication skills.. . Proven track record in client-facing roles, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.. .
