Responsibilities. . Provide exceptional customer service to clients in Nordic languages.. . Assist customers with inquiries related to logistics and supply chain operations.. . Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and promptly.. . Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.. . Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.. . Identify opportunities for process improvements within the customer service department.. . Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments to address and resolve issues.. . . Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, or Finnish) and English.. .
