We’re hiring a Growth Marketer to partner with our client, a leading media company focused on the food, beverage, and natural products space. This role is focused on accelerating the client’s subscriber growth for a product they run. You’ll take ownership of sprint-based campaigns to improve acquisition, inform product decisions, and scale revenue through fast, measurable wins.. This is a hands-on growth role ideal for someone who thrives in test-and-learn environments, is fluent in performance marketing metrics, and can translate user behavior into action.. Accountability. As a Growth Marketer, you’ll be measured on your ability to drive net new subscriber acquisition, reduce churn, and unlock sustainable, data-backed growth. Your campaigns will have clear metrics, your sprints will have impact, and your decisions will be shaped by what the data tells you. Here’s how you’ll make a difference:. Acquisition Campaign Leadership. . Plan and execute structured 2-week sprint campaigns focused on conversion.. . Optimize landing pages, user flows, and offers based on CAC, LTV, and churn metrics.. . Maintain a backlog of testable ideas while prioritizing the ones with the most impact.. . Report on campaign outcomes clearly, using performance data to determine next steps.. . . Retention & Winback Strategy. . Collaborate with the product and content teams to track churn signals and win back lapsed users.. . Create and test lifecycle marketing ideas to increase re-engagement and long-term value.. . Work with analytics teams to improve funnel visibility across segments and user types.. . Product Collaboration & Growth Insights. . Recommend flow-level or UX improvements based on subscriber behavior and campaign insights.. . Align with editorial, development, and design teams to reflect campaign learnings in product experience.. . Help drive audience segmentation and targeting through behavior-based testing.. . Spring Planning & Stakeholder Alignment. . Lead planning and review sessions to track sprint outcomes, unblock dependencies, and shape roadmap priorities.. . Coordinate with internal content and ops teams to ensure marketing efforts are fully integrated.. . Advocate for high-impact growth initiatives across the organization.. . Colleagues. Experience:. 3+ years of experience in growth, subscription, or product marketing roles with direct ownership of acquisition metrics. . . Campaign Execution:. Proven ability to run A/B tests, launch sprints, and manage campaign backlogs. . . Performance Fluency:. Deep understanding of CAC, LTV, churn, attribution, and audience scoring. . . Tools:. Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Google Analytics, enrichment tools, low-code landing page builders, and A/B testing platforms. . . Design Literacy:. Working knowledge of how good UX and clear visual hierarchy impact conversion. . . Analytical Mindset:. Comfortable interpreting campaign performance data and proposing data-backed next steps. . .
