Product/Business Analyst at MIRA CONSTRUCTION L.L.C. We are looking for a strong, proactive analyst with an entrepreneurial mindset to drive the development of our products.. Responsibilities:. • Deep dive into Crypto Enterprise Solutions. Analyse unit economics, sales funnels, and user behaviour to identify growth opportunities.. • Foster a data-driven decision-making culture.. • Analyse user data, set up dashboards (Mixpanel/Amplitude/Tableau), and integrate AI tools to automate product insights.. • Work closely with founders and communicate directly with key enterprise clients. Understand real business pain points and translate them into technical requirements.. • Participate in hackathons and industry events to find creative solutions and stay on top of industry trends.. • 5+ years of experience in product or business analytics.. • Proficiency in data visualization and analytics tools.. • Strong SQL skills (ability to write complex queries).. • Understanding of the basics of Data Science/AI (ability to assess the applicability of AI for product tasks).. • Experience in funnel construction and cohort analysis.. • Ability to structure large volumes of unstructured information.. • English level: B2 or higher.. Nice to have:. • Startup experience.. • Experience participating in hackathons, having personal pet projects, or experience taking a product from 0-to-1.. Company Location: Serbia.
