This isn’t an “add-on” contract. This is your seat on the leadership team. You’ll own the numbers, the vision, and the financial backbone of one of the fastest-growing healthcare divisions in our group.. What You’ll Do. Lead all financial strategy and execution: planning, budgeting, forecasting, and day-to-day operations.. Drive revenue optimization—billing, collections, payer compliance—ensuring both performance and integrity.. Oversee cross-border finance: U.S. GAAP, IFRS, payroll, tax, reporting, and compliance.. Deliver clear insights and financial models that fuel confident executive decisions.. Build and mentor a finance team grounded in accountability, trust, and scale.. Partner with the Founder & CEO, and sit shoulder-to-shoulder with clinical and operational leaders.. What You Bring. CA(SA) or CPA (strong preference). 7+ years of progressive finance leadership, ideally with healthcare or multi-entity structures.. Expertise in both U.S. GAAP and IFRS, with proven success across borders.. A track record in revenue operations, audits, and tax compliance..
