You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior analysts, and contribute to continuous improvement of data processes. This role combines technical expertise, analytical problem-solving, and client-facing communication to make a tangible impact on population health. Remote work is supported, with a focus on the PST timezone.. . Accountabilities:. Design, implement, and maintain complex databases while ensuring data security, integrity, and compliance.. Develop dashboards, ad-hoc reports, and analytics to support healthcare initiatives and decision-making.. Review and validate data requirements, documentation, and standards to meet client expectations.. Apply data modeling techniques to optimize database structures for efficiency and scalability..
