The Role. As an Operations Admin, you’ll play a key role in keeping the business running smoothly. You’ll support daily operations, ensure accuracy in our systems, and help the team stay on track. Your attention to detail, tech skills, and problem-solving mindset will make you an essential part of our success.. What You’ll Be Doing. . Manage and organize operational tasks, ensuring deadlines are met. . Keep systems updated with accurate information. . Support the team with scheduling, task follow-up, and documentation. . Identify and solve process gaps proactively. . Assist with administrative needs that keep our remote team efficient. . Who You Are. . Extremely organized: you can juggle multiple tasks without missing details. . Detail-oriented: you catch errors others might miss. . Self-starter: you take initiative without needing constant direction. . Problem-solver: you look for ways to improve processes and outcomes. . Tech-savvy: comfortable with standard remote work software and online tools. . ClickUp experience (or similar project management software) is a strong plus. . .
