Minimum Requirements. 8+ years of hands-on experience designing, developing, and delivering backend software for web-based and mobile products . Proven ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and leadership teams to influence technical architecture and product roadmaps . Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals including data structures, algorithms, distributed systems, and data storage . Experience working within Agile development methodologies and shipping production-ready code at scale . Ability to independently design, code, test, and deploy high-quality backend services within defined timelines . Working knowledge of adjacent technical areas such as Android, Machine Learning, DevOps, or cloud infrastructure, with the ability to contribute meaningfully to cross-domain discussions . Pragmatic problem-solving approach that balances technical excellence with product and business needs . Strong ownership mindset with a proactive, entrepreneurial attitude toward identifying and solving problems . Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional and distributed teams .
