Develop and maintain software and systems that manage network services and applications through automation.. . Mentor and train Network Reliability Engineers, fostering skill development and technical growth.. . Ensure the quality of customer experiences in production and during the design and development of next-generation systems.. . Collaborate with engineering teams to measure, deliver, and improve both engineering performance and customer outcomes.. . Implement improved monitoring, metrics, logging, and system analytics to enhance observability.. . Manage network assets, including maintenance, inventory, and documentation of network components and technical specifications.. . Produce and maintain network topology diagrams for existing and new infrastructures to support internal teams and customers.. . . . 6+ years of experience as a Network Engineer in service provider or high-performance routing/switching environments.. . Strong programming skills in at least one language, with the ability to demonstrate understanding during the interview process.. . Experience with cloud interconnection and familiarity with workloads in at least one major public cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).. . Fundamental understanding of API concepts, data storage, service status, and session handling.. . Proven track record of building and running high-performance teams.. .
