As a Data Analyst, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, perform data mining, and develop reports that enhance understanding of business operations. Core Duties:. - Design and manage meaningful dashboards for stakeholders within Power BI. . - Deliver monthly cross-channel performance reports with actionable insights. . - Work with the DevOps and DBA teams to clean, improve and maintain data across the organization. . - Train end-users on Power BI, including how to run reports and use dashboards. . - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including leadership, finance, IT, and management, to interpret data findings and support strategic initiatives.. . 2+ years of Power BI. . . 2+ years of Microsoft SQL. . . Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric is a plus. . . Experience working in or on ERP system. . . Certification in Power BI (Such as PL-300). . . Technical Service or ERP industry knowledge. .
