You’ll be working closely with Isaac (Founder & CEO) as his right hand. . The goal of this role is to understand how Isaac operates, anticipate what’s needed, and help him stay focused on vision, growth, and high-leverage work. Isaac is building and scaling Frameflo — and he needs someone to run the back-end, manage admin and systems, and keep operations tight and organized.. This is more than just a task-based VA role — it’s a strategic support position. You’ll collaborate directly with Isaac to build and improve internal systems, manage day-to-day operations, and help streamline key parts of the business.. 🚀 Because Frameflo is still a growing startup, there is lots of room to grow, learn, and take on more responsibility as we expand. Monitor client communication channels (Slack, email) and respond within 24 hours. . Provide weekly progress updates to clients (campaign performance, content creation, deadlines). . Record and relay client feedback to the appropriate team members. . Maintain clean records of contracts, KPIs, and campaign documentation. . . Project Coordination. . Check our Notion workspace daily for task updates and project timelines. . Assign tasks to the right team members and follow up until completed. . Track all deliverables and ensure timelines are met. . Identify and report bottlenecks or blockers proactively. . . Content & Ads Support. . Ensure Quality control with video ads/content via Frame.io. . Upload and organize content to the correct folders or publishing platforms. . Set up ad campaigns following internal SOPs and notify Isaac for review and publishing. . Administrative Tasks. . Manage/assist with Isaac’s schedule and calendar. . Assist with outbound DMs, form tracking, and content uploads. . Maintain internal tools and dashboards (Notion, Google Drive, CRM, Frame.io). . Keep Isaac organized and remove distractions so he can focus on high-priority work. . 📆 . Weekly. . Responsibilities. . Team Coordination. . Host a short weekly team meeting to review upcoming deadlines and priorities. . Share a summarized weekly report with Isaac on project statuses and team performance. . . Performance Reporting. . Collect KPI data (leads, CPL, ROAS) and compile weekly reports. . Identify red flags and suggest ways to improve campaign outcomes. . Content QA & Campaign Audits. . Review content for brand alignment before delivery. . Audit ad campaigns weekly to ensure they hit benchmarks. . Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot or improve underperforming campaigns. . Miro – Systems and workflow design. . ✅ Who We're Looking For…. . 1–3 years experience as a VA, PM. . Strong communication and organization skills. . Naturally proactive and resourceful — you spot problems before they happen. . Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through. . Comfortable managing systems, projects, and communication independently. . Bonus: Worked in a creative agency, media company, or startup. .
