Your role is crucial in maintaining patient satisfaction and supporting the clinic's administrative operations.. Responsibilities:. . . Patient Communication: . Serve as the first point of contact for patients, managing all incoming calls and emails with professionalism and efficiency to ensure a positive patient experience.. . . Scheduling & Coordination: . Oversee the patient scheduling system, including conducting "Discovery Calls" for new patient prospects and coordinating appointments to optimize clinic flow.. . . Patient Experience & Support: . Enhance the patient journey by coordinating all communications for events, programs, and office visits. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the medical team to ensure smooth daily operations, including appointment confirmations and follow-ups.. . . Administrative & Financial Duties: . Maintain meticulous patient records, ensuring all necessary documentation and payments are in order. This includes verifying lab work, processing payments, and managing the onboarding of new program members.. . . Task Management: . Efficiently complete all tasks assigned by the doctor and health coach within our internal systems to support the overall goals of the practice.. . . 2+ Years of  experience in a medical front desk or similar administrative role.. . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.. . Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.. . Proficiency in medical scheduling software and electronic health records (EHR) systems.. . Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.. .
