Respond to customer inquiries regarding retail products, services, and store policies via phone, email, and live chat in Italian.. . Assist customers with order placements, returns, and any service-related questions.. . Provide detailed product information and recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction.. . Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.. . Document all customer interactions accurately in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.. . Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery and promote team objectives.. . Stay updated on product lines, promotions, and industry trends to offer informed assistance.. . . Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is an advantage.. . Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the retail sector, is preferred.. .
