This role is ideal for individuals fluent in German who have a passion for customer service and are interested in the energy audit sector. As a Customer Agent, you will assist German-speaking customers with inquiries about energy audits, schedules, and related services.. Key Responsibilities. . Provide excellent customer support in German via phone, email, and chat.. . Assist customers with inquiries related to energy audit products and services.. . Schedule appointments and coordinate communication between customers and auditors.. . Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.. . Address and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.. . Collaborate with internal teams to improve the customer experience.. . Stay informed about industry developments and company offerings.. . . Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.. . Previous experience in customer service is preferred, ideally within the energy or environmental sector.. . Strong communication and interpersonal skills focused on customer satisfaction.. . Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.. . Familiarity with CRM systems and appointment scheduling tools is advantageous.. .
