
Project Manager OOF (Out of Footprint) at DSI Systems. SARA Plus is looking for a Project Manager OOF (Out of Footprint) to help with developing and maintaining strong relationships with our current and future partners. This high-impact role is responsible for developing partnerships with our smaller OOF partners like (AltaFiber, Altice, Brightspeed, Charter, Consolidated, Earthlink, Frontier, Hawaiian Telcom, HughesNet, Lumen, Metronet, Viasat, Windstream, WOW and Ziply). . The Project Manager will work to resolve issues, test and validate updates and provide changes our providers are requesting. This role will lead weekly team meetings with updates from our providers.. This role is focused on business development and is ideal for a strategic and analytical thinker. This is an ideal role for someone with a passion for relationship building. . About SARA Plus. SARA Plus is an order entry software designed to help dealers such as AT&T and Direct TV manage their business more effectively. Primary Responsibilities. . Will be the point of contact for Sara Plus for all our OOF providers . . Monitor project deadlines and update the development team as needed. . Manage all OOF projects that include new releases, updates, new pricing and promotions. . . Will need to manage all OOF outstanding issues that include IPAD, SPOC and WebUI. . Lead and prepare meetings for all OOF providers and coordinate onboarding . . Provide support for key accounts to through weekly meetings. . Update and provide a weekly recap of the latest status for all the providers. . Monitor order reports for providers. . Qualifications. . Proven experience in business partnerships and development. . Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook). . Must have Excellent written and verbal communication skills. . Ability to communicate and present information on issues to department heads. . Critical thinking skills and thinking outside of the box to fix issues that arise with providers. . Must be proactive and results-oriented. . Experience. . Demonstrated success in building strong relationships with our providers. . Lead and develop information for weekly meetings to providers and department heads. . Experience in Telecommunications is a plus. . Company Location: United States.
